Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure the best experience and transparency, we follow a strict Open Box Delivery model.
1. Open Box Delivery Policy
We provide Open Box Delivery for all orders. This means that at the time of delivery, you are required to open the package and inspect the product in the presence of our delivery partner. You should check for:
- Physical damage.
- Correct model and color.
- Quantity and included accessories.
2. No Returns After Acceptance
Once you have inspected the product and accepted the delivery (by providing an OTP or signing the delivery receipt), no return requests will be entertained. > Reasoning: Since the customer has the opportunity to verify the product's condition and accuracy at the time of arrival, claims regarding "Physical Damage" or "Wrong Item Received" made after the delivery partner leaves will not be valid.
3. Rejection at Doorstep
If you find the product damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered during the inspection, please refuse to accept the delivery immediately. Our delivery partner will take the item back, and a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
4. Manufacturing Defects
In case of internal technical issues or manufacturing defects that cannot be identified during a visual inspection (for electronic items), please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours or visit the authorized brand service center.
